get.realtor Showcases Innovation at NAR Leadership and iOi Summits 2024

From August 25-29, Chicago was buzzing with the energy of two very anticipated events in real estate – the National Association of REALTORS'® (NAR) Leadership Summit and the iOi (Innovation, Opportunity, Investment) Summit. get.realtor had the privilege of being front and center at both, engaging with visionary real estate professionals and showcasing how our solutions are transforming the industry. Here's a recap of our exciting week!

Schedule of Events, Networking Opportunities, and Sponsorships

Our time in Chicago was filled with diverse activities that allowed us to connect with REALTORS® and industry leaders in various settings. Here's a glimpse of our action-packed schedule:

Sunday Kickoff with CLDD
Our busy week began on Sunday with the Commercial Leadership Development Day (CLDD), where the focus was on fostering leadership within the commercial real estate sector. We had meaningful conversations about how our .realtor and .realestate websites and domains provide a strong foundation for commercial agents and brokers to build their online presence and credibility.

The energy continued later in the week at the YPN (Young Professionals Network) Advance happy hour. This event was an exciting opportunity to meet rising stars in real estate and again, showcase how our website and domain solutions can give them an edge as they grow their businesses in a competitive market.

Booth Presence
At Leadership Summit, real estate’s most dynamic brokers, state and local association leaders, and volunteer leadership gathered to learn, network, and strategize for the future. Attendees had the chance to visit our booth, where we demonstrated how our websites and domains empower agents to stand out in a competitive market. These tools are tailored to help real estate professionals enhance their digital presence, build trust with clients, and drive online lead generation.

To add to the fun at the booth, we held a giveaway for a ReMarkable tablet, and to tie the events back to Chicago, provided visitors with get.realtor branded Garrett's popcorn bags. Both were a hit!

The iOi Summit brought together a melting pot of innovators, tech pioneers, and investors, all focused on the next big thing in real estate technology. get.realtor was thrilled to be part of this conversation, highlighting how our tech-forward domains are essential for future-proofing a real estate business.

Our presence at iOi gave us a unique opportunity to show how adopting a simple, powerful domain like .realestate provides a competitive edge in today’s fast-evolving digital landscape. We also engaged with startups and tech entrepreneurs who see the value in domain strategy as part of a broader digital marketing effort.

One of the most exciting moments for our team came during the iOi Summit, where we had the honor of presenting the Innovator of the Year awards. This recognition highlights the individuals and companies that are pushing the boundaries of real estate technology. Being a part of this moment was incredibly rewarding, as it aligns with our commitment to helping real estate professionals embrace innovation and future-proof their businesses. The winners showcased the kind of forward-thinking solutions that are driving the industry forward, and we were proud to stand alongside them.

The REACH After Party and a T-Shirt Giveaway
During iOi, the excitement continued into the evening at the REACH after party which we co-sponsored at SPIN Chicago. This event celebrated the forward-thinkers driving real estate innovation, and we were thrilled to give out our exclusive .realestate t-shirts. These were an instant hit, with attendees loving the design and proudly wearing them throughout the summit. It was a fun and casual way to connect with key players in the industry.
