How do I cancel?

Domains are billed out a year in advance and do not have a specifc cancellation opportunity. We do not offer refunds on domain subscriptions/purchases. 

Though, you can cancel your future subscription payments in a couple of ways.  Follow these steps: 

1) You can turn auto-renewal off for further charges. . Follow these steps to turn off auto-renew.

• Go to My Domains.
• On the Domains list, locate the domain you're not renewing and click Manage Domain.
• Locate the Auto-Renew toggle switch. (This located on the right side for larger screens or the bottom of the page for smaller screens.) 
• Toggle the switch to Off.
• Your domain will expire on the date listed and you will not be charged for another year of registration.

2) Contact customer service

• Rach out to our Customer Support team. You may do so through email at support@get.realtor or by phone at 866-361-3029 to let them know that you'd like to turn your auto renewal off for your domain subscription.
