Complete Account Setup

After purchasing Professional Email you need to complete the setup steps to use your account. Here's how to get your account up and running.

  1. Log into your www.get.realtor account.
  2. Click on My Domains.
  3. Click the Manage Domain button for your Professional Email domain.
  4. Select the Email setup tab or click the Manage Email Setup button.
  5. Click the Complete Setup button.
  6. Follow the prompts to create your Professional Email account.
  7. After the setup steps are complete, you can access your email inbox.

Complete Password Recovery Setup

After completing setup you should turn on the Account Recovery feature to make it easy to recover your account if you forget your password. Follow these steps to turn on Account Recovery.

  1. Log in to your www.get.realtor account.
  2. Click on My Domains.
  3. Click the Manage Domain button for the domain with your Professional Email account.
  4. Click the Email Setup tab.
  5. Click Manage for the account you’d like to log in to.
  6. Open the Options menu.
  7. Select Log into Inbox to access your email inbox.
  8. Click your email address in the top, right corner of your inbox.
  9. Select Settings.
  10. In the pop-up window, select Security and turn Password Recover to On.
  11. Choose Get A Text Message and enter your phone number.
  12. Follow the instructions to associate a phone number with your account.
