How do I update my first or last name in my account?

Changes to your first and last name on your account must be performed by a member of our support team.

NAR and CREA Members

If you are a member of NAR or CREA, you'll need to have your name updated with your local board prior to contacting us. Your first and last name must match what is on file with your local board. After you've confirmed any changes with your board, contact us to get the process started.

Non-Members
