Below are the steps to update and review your Professional Website option:
1. Log into your account at www.get.realtor
2. Click on the account icon at the top of the page
3. Click My Domains from the drop-down menu
4. Click EDIT MY WEBSITE
Please follow the checklist below to review and update the Free Professional Website Template.
Be sure to REPUBLISH Your Website once your changes have been made!
REVIEW YOUR PERSONAL DATA:
Our systems will automatically pull some of the information you entered with us at sign up, be sure to review it, test your connected data and buttons !
You can update your personal data first in the content folder, then by reviewing your website and clicking directly on any text you would like to update:
· First Name
· Last Name
· Phone Number
· Email Address
· Business Address (Address, City, State, Zip code)
Access the Content Folder:
Go to Business Info:
Update your Google Schema Profile!
Control the information displayed by Google under the ‘Business Information’ tab:
You may also update your public logo as well under business info. Make sure to click ‘Update Schema’ when you are all done!
Customize Business Text:
· About Me Section
o Update Your Bio As Needed
· Professional Services Section
o Review and update any of the professional services you provide to your clients
· Your Stats Section
o Areas of Specialty
o Price Range in which you work
o Areas Covered
· Client Testimonials
These can be added to the connected data under "Business Text"
To edit directly:
Click on the scrolling paragraph under "What Our Clients Say". This will bring up a content box with three "blank" white boxes. Click on the first box:
Once you click on the box, the image settings will appear.
The slider Title is where you type (copy and paste) the testimonial and the slider caption (underneath it) is where the name of who wrote the testimonial goes (see image below):
Once you update/make changes to your website, please be sure to click the republish at the top so the changes appear on your live site.
Business Images
Add Listings
The View My Listing Button is designed with this purpose in mind, but all of our buttons work the same way.
Next, Edit the 'Button Content' by editing the text if you choose and pasting a URL of your choice into the highlighted section that currently says realtor.com
We recommend also selecting 'Open in a new window' for this purpose.
Add Listings to your Photo Gallery on the Professional Website:
Click directly on your photo gallery:
A pop-up reading "PHOTO GALLERY CONTENT" will appear. You can choose to 'enable links on gallery images if you would like each photo to contain a clickable link to an outside website of your choice.
Simply select "+ Image" to add an image. You can also replace the existing stock photos or remove them:
Scroll down under "Image Settings" to add a link or text:

Make sure to click republish to make your changes live!
WHERE DO I MAKE OTHER CHANGES?
You can make your changes right in the template by clicking and customizing any text to your information, color, size, etc.
If you see the connective data when you highlight a section be sure to update that information in the content section to ensure it updates on all views (mobile, tablet, desktop).
Additional features of the Professional Website include:

o Clients will fill out their contact information and you will be sent an email and the clients information will be stored in your Free Professional Website Dashboard

After the REALTOR hit “ALT 0174”
2. What if I don’t have a logo?
You can simply x out the box or add your own image
3. What if I am a new REALTOR® and don’t have a lot of stats to add to that section?
