I received an error that my REALTOR® membership is inactive while trying to use my realtor.com® profile website.
This error occurs if your REALTOR® membership has expired. In order to use your realtor.com® profile website, you must first reactivate your REALTOR® membership. Once your REALTOR® membership becomes active, it could take up to 7 days for your REALTOR® membership information to be updated in the realtor.com® system. Please periodically attempt to set up your realtor.com® profile website within that 7 day window. If it has been more than 7 days since your REALTOR® membership became active, please contact our customer support team at 1-866-361-3029 (M-F 9am-5pm ET) to resolve this issue.
