    "Do It For Me" Setup Services Include: 

    1. Website Cusomization: Assisting with the initial setup of a website,  hosting configuration, and choosing the best website template design. This includes customization of one of our many templates. This service does not include custom website creation. 

    2. Design and Development: Collaborating with website owners to edit our website templates to create visually appealing and user-friendly website that aligns with their brand and goals. This includes helping pick the right template, color scheme, changing photos, inserting their logo, personal photo and ensuring the website represents their brand. Other changes include, helping to customize text, update customer testimonials and assisting with the photo gallery – either updating photos or helping to connect it to your Instagram account. Provide an overview of widgets and editing abilities.  This service does not include a complete website redesign. 

    3. Support: Offering assistance to address issues such as broken links, error messages created by user, adding buttons, ensuring contact information and contact buttons are set to the customers intentions.

    4. Social Media Connection: Ensuring your website is connected to the social media channels of your choice.

    5. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Empowering you how to use optimizations to improve the website's visibility in search engine results.

    6. Reporting & Lead Generation: Helping to ensure the lead generation form is set up correctly and providing an overview of how the lead generation tool works as well as providing an overview of the dashboard metrics.

    7. Backup and Recovery: Regularly backing up website data and implementing disaster recovery plans to minimize data loss in case of unexpected events – happens automatically in system.

    8. Customer Support: Offering assistance if they would like to forward their domain, create a matching email forwarding address, upgrade their website offering and/or additional support.

    Please note this is not a design overhaul. Our service allows for simple updates and changes to our existing templates. This service does not allow for customers to create a website from scratch or a complete custom designed website.   If you are looking for a complete design reset we would be happy to provide you with a list of web developers.

    The service is $119 for up to an hour of customization.

    How do I make the most of the call?

    Come prepared. Please have any hyperlinks, logos, images, etc. ready before the call. This will ensure that we can complete your customization needs. 

    What if I need to reschedule my call?

    Life happens. There is a one time courtesy to reschedule your call. To reschedule please call 866-361-3029. If you need to reschedule or cancel a second time you will need to rebook the service.

    Do you have free tools?

    Yes! We have videos, guides, webinars and many other free tools to help you customize your site. Please visit our help page here for tips on editing your website.
